Dr. Marcello Caso obtained his Doctor of Chiropractic and Bachelor of
Science in Human Biology from the National University of Health
Sciences, after completing a Bachelor of Science in Psychology at the
University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. He is a Board Certified Diplomate of the International College of Applied Kinesiology and a
Board Certified Teacher of said organization, as well as a Board
Certified Diplomate in Chiropractic Neurology.
In over a decade of professional life, Dr. Caso has practiced in
Chicago (1998-1999), Italy (1999-2001, 2003-2007) and the Sacramento
area (2001-2003 and at present). He has collaborated with the
professional athletes of the United States Karate Team, the Chicago
Lions Rugby Team, the European-champion Foppapedretti Women's Volleyball
Team and the prestigious A.C. Milan Soccer Team (Italy). Additionally, he has served as Assistant
Editor of The International Journal of Applied Kinesiology and as
a consultant for the Institutes for the Achievement of Human Potential,
in dealing with the rehabilitation of brain-injured children. He has
also published numerous papers and taught at professional post-graduate
events for clinicians of all disciplines in both the United States and Europe.
In 2007, he opened Triad Health Center and became the first and only
Sacramento-area provider for the SpineCor scoliosis brace. Outside of
his practice, Dr. Caso is currently a part-time faculty member at
California State University Sacramento, teaching in the Biological
Sciences Department.
